How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?
Dryer vents need to be cleaned yearly. One of the signs on our flyer is simple: it has been over a year since the last cleaning. Households that do more frequent laundry should be serviced every 4–6 months.
What does residential cleaning cost?
A 1-story home is $125, a 2-story home is $150, and a condo or townhome is $175. Returning customers get $5 off.
What about vet clinics and laundromats?
Veterinary practices are $125 per dryer. A first appointment is $10 off, and returning clients are $5 off. Those two vet coupons cannot be combined. Laundromat and commercial laundry pricing starts at $30 per dryer based on quantity, with one-time, annual, and quarterly plans. Call for a custom quote. Price is based on quantity and accessibility.
How do condo and HOA cleanings work?
Two ways. Option 1: we schedule and service every unit, and the association covers the cost, with reminders and detailed reporting. Option 2: residents get advance notice and book their own time at a group discounted rate. An individual condo or townhome, booked on its own, is $175 on the residential price list.
What are the signs a vent needs cleaning?
Clothes take longer than usual to dry. The dryer is hot to the touch. There is a musty smell in the laundry room. Lint shows up around the dryer or the outside vent. Or it has been over a year since the last cleaning.

What should I do between cleanings?
Clean the lint filter after every load. Check and clean vents and ducts regularly. Avoid overloading the dryer. Never leave the dryer running unattended.
